📺 Ilaix Moriba: "We're very focused on the game against Mallorca”

Ilaix Moriba has shared his feelings ahead of the next LaLiga match. The midfielder highlights the importance of the game to move up the table and get momentum going before the Copa del Rey returns.
Playing against Mallorca
I think that it's a very important game. It's the most important game right now, because we need to win and we need to stick together and start picking up points -in order to put Valencia CF where the club deserve to be. The most important thing is winning on Saturday, and then we will focus on Wednesday. We need all of the Valencia CF fans to get behind us, so that we aren't alone. We need to be united. The team are united. We are working hard and the coach knows this.
We can't stray from our path. We need to be united, because we are better when we are together.
Getting back to winning form
It's almost impossible for a team to be in great form all year. We all have to face some great teams. We have to keep our cool and work hard for the remaining games. We have to leave it all out on the pitch in order to take points, and put Valencia CF as high up the table as possible. We want to make all of the fans happy.
We're very focused on the game against Mallorca. It's a tough ground to go to, and they need points just like we do. They are a team who go at you, and we have to go there to win.
Competition for places
I'm very happy with the fans, the team and with the coach, who has given me the chance to play. He has shown confidence in all of us. Anybody can play at any time. There is a competitiveness that is good and that is healthy. It makes sure that the team work hard every day, and that nobody lets up. It's good.
